30t/h TGSS Scraper Conveyor Chain Conveyor For Grain Conveying
Tgss series drag chain conveyor can be used for bulk grain storage and material distribution and unloading in large processing plants. Real Application
The scraper chain conveyor can be used for horizontal transportation or inclined transportation. When the material is transported upward along the inclination, the inclination shall not exceed 25 °. When the material is transported downward, the inclination shall not exceed 20 °. When the inclination is large, anti-skid devices shall be installed. The flexible scraper conveyor is allowed to bend 2 ° ~ 4 ° in the horizontal and vertical directions
Maintenance, servicing .
1. The conveyor shall be observed frequently during operation. In case of any abnormal sound or fault in the conveyor, it shall be stopped in time for troubleshooting. It is not allowed to work with the fault.
2. Regularly check all parts of the equipment, especially the scraper chain and transmission device, to ensure that they are intact. Once any damaged parts are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time. The tightness of the scraper chain should be kept appropriate. If it is too tight, it will increase the negative force and intensify the wear. If it is too loose, it will easily jam the chain and cause accidents.
3. The cleaning brush shall be adjusted and replaced in time after being worn.
4. The motor, reducer and hydraulic coupling shall be maintained according to the requirements of their operating instructions.
5. Regularly remove and clean, replace worn parts, and lubricate all lubricating parts.
